Day1: Da Nang-Hoi An
After picking up at Da Nang
Airport, go on sightseeing tour of Marble Mountain made of five
limestone outcrops standing in isolation from the surrounding
plains, riddled with caves and grottoes where some violent battles
took place during the Vietnam War. On the top, you will get the
spectacular view of Da Nang and the surrounding Marble Mountains.
Then you will stroll around on the China Beach which was made famous
by war and subsequent TV series, regarded as a good site for surfing
as well and China Beach. Then proceed to Hoi An and overnight there.
Day2: Hoi An-My Son-Hue
Visit Hoi An Ancient Town teemed
with ancient private houses, family chapels, community halls,
communal houses, temples, pagodas, bridges, wells and tombs which
are still somehow in original forms. Then find yourselves in My Son
Holy Land, a religious sanctuary of the once flourishing Champa
Kingdom from the 4th century. Afterwards, continue the route to Hue
with stop-over at Long Co Beach which offers pristine environment of
dazzling white beach and crystalline water. Be impressed with
spectacular panorama of mountains and green valley at Hai Van pass,
another stop-over before reaching Hue for overnight.
Day3: Hue
Start the trip in Hue, known as the
political and cultural center of the Feudal State of Vietnam during
the Nguyen Dynasty, by taking a boat ride along the Perfume River
which will take you back to appreciate the exuberance of the old
imperial city in the past. Along the river, you will visit several
historical sites including Thien Mu Pagoda, the Tombs of King Minh
Mang and King Khai Dinh, and see the greatness of Imperial Citadel.
Overnight stay in Hue.
Day4: Hue-Da Nang
Early morning drive from Hue to Da
Nang airport for departure.
